- All field trip requests require internal and board approval. Below is the list of board meeting dates. This request form should allow time for internal signatures and board approval so the approval is before the actual date of the field trip. It is your responsibility to follow through making sure all requests have gone through the internal approval process.
- For example, if your field trip is scheduled for April 19, 2018, you need to make sure that your request is put in early enough to be approved at the March 16th meeting. If your field trip happens to be scheduled the day of a scheduled board meeting, then it must be approved at the previous month’s meeting.
- Please ensure that your request has been approved prior to make any arrangement with your trip destination.
- All raise fund for the field trip must be submitted to the school secretary, one week in advance of the field trip date.
- *Due to high volume bus reservations, it is recommended to submit these requests as early as possible.
